2 whipped eggs

Step 1
If you feel that you cannot make perfect sponge cake, try this recipe. This is a very simple recipe in which you can start by mixing sugar and butter. Whisk until it becomes light and fluffy. Whip it with an electric blender, it can be whipped with a fork if nothing happens. When it is ready, add the beaten egg and mix well. Beat well so that the mixture looks light and white.

 Step 2
Add flour and baking soda together. This is done so that the baking soda is mixed throughout the dough. Add a little milk if needed and mix until the batter becomes fluffy and soft. Add vanilla essence to it and mix well. Vanilla essence is necessary to hide the smell of eggs.

 Step 3
Grease the baking tin slightly and add all purpose flour. This will not stick to the cake base. Butter paper can also be applied on it. Empty the readied blend into the tin and spot it in a weight cooker. Do not add water to the cooker and make sure that the tin does not touch the base of the cooker.
