Nutrilla Shahi Pulao Recipe


Material.

For salty and light fried chunks:
Nutriella chunks - 1 cup
Raw Nutrilla Chunks - 1/2 cup
Red chili powder - 3/4 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Coriander Powder - 1 tsp
Cumin Powder - 1 tsp
Oil - As required
Ghee or vegetable - 2 tbsp

For Curry:

Ginger-garlic paste - 3 tsp
Onion - 2 1/2 cups (finely chopped)
Chili Powder - 2 teaspoons
Cinnamon stick - 3 inch (sliced)
Clove - 8
Black Pepper - 6
Green cardamom - 6 (grinded together for hot spices)
Salt - 1 1/2 tsp
Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp
Curd - 1/2 cup (well-beaten yogurt)
Gaya or Vegetable - 3 1/2


For the salty white rice:

Basmati rice - 2 cups
Water - 3 1/2
Black Pepper - 15
Cinnamon stick - 2 inch (sliced)
Green cardamom - 8
Shahjira - 1 tsp
Bay leaves - 6
Salt - 4 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Ghee - 4 tablespoons

For Casserole Decoration:

Onion - 1 1/2 cups (finely chopped and fried)
Favorite dry fruits and raisins - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Add ghee - spices and salt to the prepared Chance and keep them one more.
Just before serving, deep fry them in hot ghee and mix them in the curry.

For Curry:

Heat the ghee and fry the ginger-garlic paste in it.
Add onions, and fry till they turn golden brown, now add chilli and turmeric powder.
Roast the onion on low heat, cook for 5 minutes without covering, and then cover and cook for another 15 minutes.
Add curd to it and stir well and cook for 10 minutes.
For the gravy gravy, add a little water, then add garam masala and cook for about 10 minutes.

For the salty white rice:

In a thick bottomed pot, add all the spices to the ghee, add rice and fry.
Now add water to it and cover it with a lid, and cook on low heat.
When cooked, add lemon juice and salt to it, cook it without covering so that the grains of rice swell well.

Preparation of Royal Casserole:

In an oven-proof dish, roast 1/2 the layers of rice along with the fried curries.
Gram the casserole in the oven, garnish it with dry fruits and raisins.
