Chopped spinach 4 cups

Spinach Paneer Recipe

To remove soil on spinach leaves, wash them thoroughly in water and clean them and cut them into small pieces. To whiten the spinach, bubble it in salted water for 2 minutes.

Sieve the boiled spinach with a sieve.

Pour it in cold water and leave it for 1 minute. Then sieve more water.

Now, make puree by adding blended spinach, ginger, green chillies and 1/4 cup of water to the mixer.

Heat oil or ghee in a pan. Cook the paneer pieces on medium heat until it becomes light brown. If oil is added to the fried cheese, place it on a kitchen paper napkin to absorb more oil.

Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a separate pan on low heat. Include finely cleaved onions and fry until light darker. Now add grated garlic and keep the mixture in the mixture for 20-25 seconds.

Add spinach puree, garam masala and salt to the mixture and cook for a while.

Add 1/3 cup of water and mix well and cook on low heat till it boils. Keep stirring it a pinch occasionally.

When the gravy starts to boil, add the fried paneer and cook for 3-4 minutes.

Add lemon juice and kasuri methi and mix well. Now bind the gas and add cream and mix.

Remove the hot vegetable into a serving bowl and serve with roti, plain paratha or butter naan.


Suggestion

Soft gravy is easily available in gravy. To make the paneer soft, keep it in hot water after frying it for 10 minutes.
To give Punjabi flavor to the vegetable, add 1/4 tbsp Kasuri Methi in Step-7.
